Research and Innovation in Distance Education and E-learning 2016
We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for our annual conference, Research and Innovation in Distance Education and E-learning 2016, which will be held on Friday 11 March.
The conference has a strong research-practitioner focus and we are pleased to announce our two keynote speakers for this year will be:
· Prof. Dr Ilona Buchem – Beuth University of Applied Sciences, Berlin, Germany.
· Prof. Hugh Davis – Professor of Learning Technologies, Director of Institute for Learning Innovation and Development, University of Southampton, UK.
We will also have an exciting set of speakers who will be presenting during the day, drawing on their research and practice in their chosen fields. The event will incorporate the latest outputs from the CDE’s programme of Teaching and Research Awards, and will include paper and workshop sessions with plenty of opportunity to network with other experts. Presentations include the Open Science Laboratory project at the Open University, latest developments in assessment and feedback, digital badging, and MOOC evaluation.
