Getting Started with Augmented Reality

This workshop is an introduction to AR and will aim to cover the following:

·         Explain and demonstrate what AR is 

·         Explain how AR can be used to engage teaching and learning activities in relation to pedagogical theory 

·         Look at the opportunities to extend the interest and lifespan of printed materials 

·         Consider opportunities for differentiated learning

·         Look at deployment and the platforms available so you can make an informed choice.

It is a small session so you will get in depth knowledge and by the end of the workshop you will have created at least one AR based learning resource to showcase to your organisation.
